Privacy and Terms

When you call, the service collects only what you choose to share during that conversation and what is needed to understand the roof problem. That will usually include your name, a way to contact you, the address of the home concerned, and your description of the problem, its urgency and any timing needs you mention on the call. Beaumont sits in a Gulf climate where summer heat, high humidity and sudden heavy rain test every seam, flashing detail and fastener on a roof across the year.

This website does not ask you to fill in forms collecting personal details beyond what a caller shares on a call. If you do not wish to share a detail, you can say so, though leaving out contact or address details will limit whether a referral to a contractor can be made for your home. To make a referral work, the details needed for the job are shared with the contractor you are connected with. That sharing is the point of the service you called, and it is limited to what that contractor needs to contact you, arrange an inspection and understand the problem you described during your call to the service. Contractors are separate businesses from this referral service. Once they hold your details for the work you discuss with them, their own handling of that information applies to that relationship. If you have questions about how a contractor will use your details, ask that contractor directly before you agree to work. A referral is an introduction only. This service does not carry out roofing work, does not set the contractor price, and does not promise a particular outcome on inspection findings, repair scope, timing or any insurance matter. Any agreement for inspection or work, including its price and terms, is made directly between you and the contractor you choose to engage for your home. If you have questions about this privacy and terms page, or about information you shared on a call, raise them when you call the service and ask for them to be addressed. Keeping questions on the same channel you used to share the information helps ensure they reach the right place and can be answered clearly.
